1. Micasadeco & Cafe - Ricotta Cheese Pancake / Puffin
Mikasa deco and cafe is hidden but it is worth going to the back streets because it has jiggly Japanese fluffy pancakes! You know it is a place we must go to because it usually has long lines.
Here we got Ricotta cheese infused pancakes. They are piled up and have butter, whipped cream, and maple syrup. It comes with three fluffy style pancakes piled up with classic toppings, butter, whipped cream, and maple syrup. The pancakes are so fluffy that it feels like we are eating a cloud but also nice cheese taste. We also have a puffin which is a mix of muffin and a pancake. It is fluffier than a normal muffin and when you cut in half, you can see the dripping raspberry and it has nice cream on top.

On top, there is heaping number of mangoes and mango sauce with whipped cream on top. The ice is very flaky and you can taste the sweetened milk but also the mango. It is perfect for the hot summer.

Mizuho is very close to Mikasa Deco and cafe and specializes in Mame Daifu. The powder on the Daifuku is very powdery but the mochi is very soft and the red beans inside are silky. Something different to the normal Daifuku is that it has the perfect combination of soft sweet and salty. It is also a great place to try traditional Japanese sweets as well.

Milk, Milk, Milk, uses fresh milk from Hokkaido. The milk is very rich and has high rate of milk bath. They collaborated with many characters and at this time, they collaborated with Sanrio My Melody. The milk pudding that we tried here is very silky and drippy but we can taste the fresh milk from Hokkaido that was incorporated.

Maccha house is very close to the Harajuku station and located on the third floor. The shop was originally from Kyoto and today we are trying the number one menu, Uji Matcha Tiramisu. The top has powdered Matcha and in the middle, there is mascarpone cheese and then the sponge cake that is soaked with Matcha. The sponge and the mascarpone cheese is very sweet but the bitterness from the Matcha balances the sweetness.
Next we tried the Hojicha drink with the icecream and Kuromitsu. Something different from green tea is that it has the burnt taste but matches well with the milk.

Coconut glands is a vegan ice cream shop originated in Hawaii. Here we got the original Pistachio and passion fruit ice cream.
The ice cream has a nutty taste and has coconut slices. The passion fruit has a very nice refreshing taste which differs from the pistachio ice cream, which is more creamy. The best part is that it still tastes good even though it's vegan.

7. Dotcom Space
Dot Com Space is a great spot to find a very quiet chill cafe. It is 2 minutes away from the Harajuku station. Something special about this store uses drip drop coffee technology by bubble lab. Baristas choose coffee beans and selected roasters very carefully. We also got walnut toast and some figs and nice whipped cream on top. The syrup has caramel rum flavor which goes well with the bitter coffee.

Last is Gomaya Kuki, which is famous for their sesame ice cream. In one scoop of ice cream, there are apparently 9000 sesame seeds! Even though they are famous for creating sesame products with 131 years of history, they still sell rich creamy ice cream.
Here we have the sesame and Matcha parfait. You can choose the flavors of sesame ice cream, but here we got the white and black salt version of sesame ice cream. The ice cream has a nice balance of the saltiness and sweetness. Since it is a parfait, there is also Matcha pudding and Azuki but also water mochi and whipped cream.
We also got the ice cream fried tempura. It has a similar nuance to an ice cream sandwich with the black sesame ice cream in the middle. The outside is like a donut and it is a perfect combination with the ice cream.
