AUTHENTIC FILIPINO RECIPES - How to Make SISIG and PALABOK
This is an authentic sisig recipe and palabok recipe.

SISIG
Ingredients
-pig ear
-pig belly
-green chilis
-red chilis
-garlic
-calamansi
-liquid seasoning
Steps
1.Boil the rinsed pig ears and belly till it's tender
2.Chop up vetetables
3.Take the meat out of the pot and chop it up
4.Fry the chopped meat in the oiled pan
5.Close the lid and put it on low heat
6.Add liquid seasoning
7.Add all of the vegetables in to the pan
8.Add calamansi juice
9.Spread butter on heated sizzling plate
Palabok
Ingredients
-smoke fish
-ground pork
-shrimp
-garlic
-green onion
-eggs
-pancit noodles
-calamansi
-pork rinds (chicharon)
Steps
1.Cook both side of the smoke fish
2.Strip out the meat and mince it up
3.Boil washed shrimp in the salted water
4.Cook the pork after wash it
5.Add alt and soy sauce
6.Make the gravy sauce
7.Cook the rice noodles
8.Crumble the pork rinds
9.Put everything in layers in a party plate

Angsana Lang Co is a huge resort with amazing service. If you don’t love this place, you probably… simply don’t love a nice place. It is about an hour away from Da Nang International Airport and it is worth the travel.
