【Angsana Lang Co】Hotel Recommendation in DA NANG - Part 1 -
Da Nang is one of the popular beach resorts in Vietnam… and in all of Asia. Beach resort lover myself have traveled the world and seen many beaches and I personally think Da Nang has one of the best beaches in the world.
We visited Da Nang and stayed several hotels this winter. I would love to share the ones that I loved with my honest review, starting with Angsana Lang Co.
Angsana Lang Co is a huge resort with amazing service. If you don’t love this place, you probably… simply don’t like nice things or something. It is about an hour away from Da Nang International Airport and it is worth the travel.

ATMOSPHERE
Angsana Lang Co is in a giant resort. The surrounding area does not really have anything so you will be spending a whole time inside of the resort. Are you worried that you might get bored there? No worries! Inside of the resort, there are many restaurants, activities and events you can choose from. In fact, we kept ourselves busy and still we could not do everything we wanted to do during our stay!
One highlight is the GOLF COURSE. We are not golfers so we did not realize there was a golf course until we arrived. However, I feel like many residents seem to go to Angsana Lang Co for golf. I saw a lot of people with golf bags at the check-in and people wearing golf wear at the breakfast.
In addition to the golf course and all of the activities, you have this calm private beach in front of your room. You can literally walk from your door step to the sand. This is what I call VACATION.
Since the property is so huge, you will be using golf cart as your transportation. If you go the front of the hotel, staff will arrange free ride for you and all you need is to tell them where you want to go.
ROOM
The room we stayed was Beachfront One Bedroom Suite which come with a nice POOL. I was amazed by how spacious it was. The room was perfectly cleaned and neatly arranged, of course. Full kitchen gets handy when you are a family with kids. I also love the modern interior decor with a touch of Vietnamese flavor.
More than anything, the best part of this room is no doubt the pool. The spacious private sun deck is a nice touch as well. You can even access directly to the public pool and the beach!
So this is the bed room with a marshmallow-comfortable kind sized bed. I love how the room has long desk where I can put my PC and other tech items.
This is the bathroom. I tend to judge the cleanliness of a hotel by looking at the bathroom and YES. This place IS super clean! I love the fact that it has two sinks and a bath tab.
What got me excited was this amenity bag which was stuffed! It was full of amenities and even though I bring my own toiletry, the gesture still makes me smile.
The toilet is hidden in this corner. I was worried if I would feel uncomfortable having no door, but you can close the giant door divides the bathroom and the bed room.
BREKAFAST
Complimentary Breakfast Buffet was A-MAZING. Great variation and great taste. I am sure that you will not be tired of menu even if you are staying for a long period of time.
The highlight of their breakfast for me was drinks, fruits and Noodle bar.
Drinks
Here, you can start your day with a nice glass of mimosa! It surprised me when I found a bottle of Champagne in the drink island. They also have various fruit syrup to make your own cocktails.
Fruits
There were 8 kinds of fruits and it was refilled all the time. I was happy that I got my favorite fruit, Dragon Fruits here too.
Pho Noodles
Next to Egg Station, you can get your morning Pho Noodles. There are various toppings and sauces you can add to customize to your liking.
RESTAURANTS
As I have mentioned above, Angsana Lang Co has many restaurants to choose from. Vietnamese, Japanese, Chinese and Italian… Anything you can think of. For the price, I thought it was very generous for a luxury resort.
So, I could not try all of the restaurants but I would like to share the ones we have been to.
Rice Bowl is an Vietnamese restaurant. The tables are in this bird case looking tent and it give you a decent privacy. I love the colorful bowl installation as well.
We had so many dishes here and all of them wowed us but the taste I cannot forget is their Bun Bo Hue, Beef Rice Noodle Soup. It comes with vegetable toppings and the dashi was deep and full of taste.
2. Moomba(Central Vietnamese & Seafood)
Moomba is a Central Vietnamese cuisine and South East Asia Seafood cuisine. It is located between the beach and the hotel buildings so it is a great spot to have lunch with sea breeze.
We were there in February. The weather was pretty close to early summer in Japan so we were able to enjoy terrace seats.
3. Saffran(Thai)
Saffron is a Thai dining where you can enjoy the best view in the resort. It is a popular restaurant so I recommend making a reservation for this place. It is located on the hill and you can look down the whole resort and the ocean.
OTHERS
Angsana Lang Co has many facilities and events for residents.
One of the service I thought was nice is Kids’ Club. It was quite a size and it opens 9am to 7pm. It is perfect for young couple with kids who wants to play golf during the day!
